XLF, a techno from Allgäu in Bavaria, Germany, was introduced to a diverse range of music genres at an early age, thanks to his brothers‘ influence. Growing up with a rich musical backdrop encompassing HipHop, Reggae, Dub, Rock, Metal, and Techno, Xilef’s passion for music was ignited.
At the age of 13, he received his first DJ equipment, sparking his journey into the world of DJing. Starting with House and Electro, XLF honed his skills and explored different styles of electronic music.
Through attending smaller raves and local events, XLF encountered Melodic Techno, which fascinated him and led him to explore progressively harder sounds. Inspired by these experiences, he delved deeper into his exploration of Techno.
In 2017, XLF co-founded the label Twisted Alps with DJ Noah, and they continue to lead the label to this day. While attending numerous Psy Trance parties along the way, XLF love for Techno continued to grow, gradually shaping his DJing style.
In 2018, a significant turning point occurred when a close friend introduced XLF to Hardtechno, which left a lasting impact on his musical journey. Attending events in Berlin further solidified his appreciation for the genre.
Today, XLF sets are an enticing fusion of Hardtechno and Hardgroove, reflecting his love for both styles. With a diverse musical background and a distinct blend of influences, XLF captivates audiences with his unique and dynamic sound.
